"This fine dining experience has it all. Great atmosphere, large comfortable booths with live piano music. Excellent service with two servers catering to our meal. Top view of The Fremont Street Experience. The prime rib is the house specialty at I assure all it was the best prime rib I have ever had anywhere!"

"Center Stage has the best atmosphere and the best seats in Vegas for the Fremont St. light show. They pipe the music right into the restaurant. The restaurant is very small and staff are very attentive. The prices have gone up and the meals have gone ala carte. That is the only downfall of this restaurant."

The Plaza Hotel & Casino is a resort located in downtown Las Vegas. It has over 1,000 rooms and suites, as well as an 80,000 square foot casino. There are several places to eat, including the Center Stage Italian Chop House, which is located in a glass dome overlooking the new Fremont Street Experience.

The Plaza also features a roof top swimming pool, beauty salon, and fitness center, as well as a Bingo casino and a race and sports book. The resort was previously operated by Barrick Gaming Corporation but in late 2005 was taken over by majority stakeholder Tamares Group.

"The quality of the rooms fluctuates depending on which type you get. King suites are great, average room is old, worn and noisy. No insulation in doors and walls makes for a noisy room. Air conditioners are also old and noisy, on a hot day they have to run all the time."
