Las Vegas Car Rental
There is a lot to do in Las Vegas, enough to keep you busy for weeks in fact. However if you tire of the flashing lights and the all-you-can-eat buffets you may want to rent a hire car and explore the state of Nevada.
There are a number of options for Las Vegas car rental and you can make use of the first as soon as you land. The airport has 11 different car hire companies including Avis, Enterprise and Hertz. This means you should be able to find a car most of the time without booking ahead. However if you are looking for a particular type of car or if you visit Vegas during a busy period you may want to book your care hire before you set off.
If you want to get to your hotel and rest before you bother with renting a car there are a number of companies you can use located quite near the main Strip. When you check in to your hotel the staff should be able to tell you where the nearest car rental company is. If you are having trouble finding one there is an Enterprise car hire branch towards the North end of The Strip at 4701 W. Sahara Ave, quite near to Circus Circus.

If you are trying to save money on your car rental you can sometimes pick up a good deal if you ask for it to be included in your package holiday deal. Also if you are booking your hotel directly you can ask if they have any discounts for car rental.
If you plan to spend your whole trip in Las Vegas itself you do not really need to hire a car. The monorail is ideal for travelling up and down The Strip, you can buy a pass that you can use all day. If you want to head Downtown you can take the bus or a Taxi, both of which are quite reasonable.
